Puppy deposit contract

The amount of five hundred dollars ($500) constitutes a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the purchase of the puppy intended to be sold to the Buyer. This deposit may be refunded to the Buyer only under the circumstance that, at the time of reservation, the Buyer had not checked the availability of the chosen puppy and it was subsequently discovered to be unavailable. Deposits cannot be transferred to other puppy apart from the one selected by the Buyer. Changes and exceptions are permissible ONLY if the originally selected puppy and the newly chosen one are from the same breeder, AND if the kitten has not yet been spayed or neutered, and the pedigree certificate has not been issued in the Buyer's name.

In exchange for the payment of the aforementioned NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, the Seller agrees to reserve the Kitten on the Website until the pickup date, prepare the puppy for transfer, and transfer the kitten to the Buyer upon payment of the outstanding balance.
